In this introductory audio, our Jade Eggs Global instructor Kristy introduces us to the history of the jade egg practice and how to prepare your eggs before use. In this program we stress how important it is not to boil your eggs before use especially Quartz and Rose Quartz. How to thread the eggs, and precautions as to when and to when not use them. This program is for beginners to the Jade Egg practice. The program then goes to part 2 where you can listen and do your jade egg practice in the comfort of your own home with headphones on, or even on your journey to work!
